What documents do I need to get started?

Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a valid driving licence (2-wheeler). You can upload all three from your phone — verification typically takes under 30 minutes during business hours.

How much does it cost to rent?

Daily plans start at ₹250/day. Weekly and monthly plans offer better per-day rates. A ₹4,000 refundable security deposit is required for self-rental plans. No deposit for HYPR Rider (managed) plans.

What is the difference between Rent an EV and Join as a HYPR Rider?

Rent an EV gives you full control — use the scooter however you like, for deliveries or personal use, on any platform. Join as a HYPR Rider means HYPR provides and manages the vehicle, and you use it exclusively for delivery work on eligible platforms in your city.

Can I use the EV on Swiggy, Zomato, and Zepto?

Yes, subject to city and platform eligibility. HYPR Rider plans are pre-configured for delivery platform onboarding. Self-rental plans give you full flexibility to register on any platform yourself.

What happens if the EV breaks down?

Call HYPR support 24/7. We dispatch a replacement or roadside assistance. For HYPR Rider plans, all maintenance costs are covered by HYPR at zero cost to you.

How does the battery swap network work?

Swap stations are located across our operating cities. Pull in, swap your depleted battery for a fully charged one in under 2 minutes — no waiting, no charging cables. Available for all swap-compatible models in the fleet.
